We offer the rebuild of the Aston Martin Vantage Sportshift (ASM) gear actuator. During the repair process, the gear actuator will be fitted with new seals manufactured by a specialized company from Germany. The seals perfectly meet the requirements of the hydraulic fluid and are suitable for the conditions in the Sportshift / ASM system. The sensor is not part of the repair, as it usually does not break.
The shift actuator is responsible for engaging the gears in the transmission. If an internal or external leak occurs due to a faulty seal, the Sportshift system can no longer shift the gears or can only do so much slower. In case of an internal leak, there is also no visible loss of hydraulic fluid, as the oil flows directly back into the expansion tank.
The repair process is simple:

- We repair it
- We send the part back to you
