The gear position sensor detects the position of the shift forks inside the Porsche 8-speed PDK transmission and transmits this information to the transmission control unit for precise gear selection. A faulty sensor may cause shifting problems, transmission limp mode, warning messages, or the inability to engage individual gears. We supply a brand-new genuine ZF replacement part identical to the component supplied by Porsche.
