The pressure sensor is responsible to detect the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator of the Easytronic / Tecshift system. This is an original and brandnew spare part.

The pump motor drives the gear pump, which generates the pressure for the Easytronic / Dualogic transmission. Both parts together form the hydraulic pump. Without hydraulic pressure, the transmission cannot perform any action – neither change gears, nor operate the clutch. Therefore, the hydraulic pump is the most important component in the system.

Pump Relay – Opel Movano Vivaro Easytronic Tecshift
The electromagnetic relay is responsible to turn on / off the hydraulic pump of the Opel Easytronic / Tecshift system. A broken relay causes the pump to fail priming. Without hydraulic pressure, the system cannot engage the gears or clutch.
This is an OE quality aftermarket part.
QPV Solenoid Valve – Opel Corsa-E Adam Karl Astra-K Easytronic 3.0
Two of these proportional solenoid valves (flow control) are installed on the Easytronic 3.0 hydraulic unit, with one responsible for clutch operation and the other for gear selection. A defective valve can cause various issues with clutch operation or gear engagement. We sell brand-new replacement parts.

The breaking of this sealing cap and the resulting leakage is a common issue with the Easytronic / Tecshift gearbox. Our repair kit comes with a new metallic cap, a seal, and a retaining ring for installation. Two similar sealing caps are installed on the Quickshift robot.
