Aluminium Oil Pan – Nissan GT-R GR6

This CNC-machined aluminium gearbox oil sump pan is designed for the GR6 dual-clutch transmission used in the Nissan GT-R R35. The oil pan is manufactured from robust aluminium and offers increased structural strength compared with the original component. Its larger oil capacity allows approximately 15% more transmission fluid volume, which can support improved heat management and more stable oil temperatures during operation. This is especially relevant because the GR6 transmission relies heavily on clean, temperature-stable oil for clutch control, lubrication and hydraulic operation.

The pan is precision-machined for accurate fitment and includes two drain points to support a more complete fluid change during gearbox servicing. Regular oil service is important on this transmission, as contamination, heat and metallic particles can affect the hydraulic system and related components. The kit includes two magnetic drain plugs with washers, two internal swarf magnets and 21 mounting bolts.
