Clutch Slave Cylinder – Abarth 500 Dualogic / Selespeed

The concentric slave cylinder (CSC) combines the functions of the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder and the release bearing during clutch operation. The integrated clutch position sensor detects the position of the clutch and transmits this information to the transmission control unit, which is particularly important for precise clutch control in automated manual transmissions such as the Abarth Selespeed / Dualogic. A defective unit can cause shifting problems, a transmission warning message, incorrect clutch adaptation, jerky starts, or noises when engaging and disengaging the clutch. In the event of a mechanical or hydraulic failure, the clutch may also no longer disengage completely or operate correctly.
