Gear Position & Speed Sensor Bundle – Porsche Panamera 4WD PDK

This sensor bundle for the PDK transmission in the Porsche Panamera consists of the gear position sensor with four measurement channels for the shift forks, as well as two integrated speed sensors for the two input shafts. If the position sensor fails, the control unit can no longer clearly detect the engaged gear, which can lead to error messages, jerky or delayed gear shifts, incorrect gear displays, limp mode, or the failure of certain gears. A defect in the speed sensors causes implausible gear ratios, harsh shifting, slippage, or activation of limp mode. Frequently stored fault codes include P1731 to P1734 for the gear position sensor, as well as P0730, P1743, P1744, and P1745 for the speed sensor.
