Clutch / Selection Solenoid Valve – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
New clutch / selection solenoid valve for the Ford Transit Durashift / ASM. There are two of these flow-proportional solenoid valves on the hydraulic unit: one for clutch control and another one for gear selection. If one of these two valves fails, the Durashift / ASM system can no longer correctly open and close the clutch or shift gears.

Pressure Accumulator – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
Our refurbished pressure accumulators are equipped with a filling valve and freshly filled with nitrogen gas.
The accumulator is responsible to store the pressure of the hydraulic system for later access by the actuators. The piston type accumulator has two cells: one cell storing the hydraulic fluid and one cell containing a gas to create counterpressure. Both cells are separated by a moving piston. A broken accumulator causes the pump to prime more often.

Pressure Sensor – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
The pressure sensor is responsible to detect the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator of the Durashift / ASM system. This is an original and brandnew spare part.
Pump Motor – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
The pump supplies the hydraulic pressure for the different consumers (actuators) of the Ford Transit Durashift / ASM transmission and stores it in the pressure accumulator. The pump consists of a small gear pump and the powering electric motor. Depending on the year of construction, the electric motor used by Ford is a vulnerability and likely to fail due to its location in a high temperature area.
Our motor is made in Germany and fulfills the requirements of the Ford ASM pump. The motor meets highest expectations of quality and enables a sporty style of driving with frequent shifting.
The motor can be changed easily as it is only attached by two screws to the pump head. It is not necessary to remove the entire pump but however sometimes helpful. Please mind, that the motor comes only with cables – so you will need to pin them into the plug.

Temperature Sensor – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
The temperature sensor is located on the hydraulic unit of the Ford Durashift / ASM and measures the temperature of the hydraulic fluid. Due to its location in a high temperature area, the sensors suffers often from damage and is a common problem.
Transmission Input Speed Sensor – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.
Transmission Output Speed Sensor – Ford Transit Durashift ASM
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission out shaft. The signal is used to calculate the speed of the vehicle.
