Hydraulic Actuation Module – Jeep Renegade Compass DDCT / DCT

The hydraulic actuation module controls clutch operation, gear selection and gear engagement in the Jeep DDCT dual-clutch transmission. It contains six proportional solenoid valves that regulate hydraulic pressure and oil flow for the two clutches and the gear shifting mechanisms. Integrated pressure and position sensors monitor hydraulic pressure and actuator movements, allowing the transmission control unit to precisely manage clutch engagement and gear changes. A defective module can cause shifting problems, clutch engagement failures, transmission error messages or emergency operating mode.
