Clutch Pressure Sensor 40 bar – McLaren DCT
Two of these pressure sensors are located on the DCT’s mechatronics unit and monitor the hydraulic pressure at both clutches. This is a brand new and original i2s spare part.
Pressure Accumulator – McLaren 650S 720S 750S 570S PCC Suspension
This is a new replacement accumulator for the PCC suspension of the McLaren models 650S, 720S, 750S, and 570S.
The accumulators are considered regular wear-and-tear items on your vehicle. McLaren recommends replacing them every 3-4 years or 15,000-20,000 miles. However, depending on driving habits and hydraulic fluid condition, these accumulators may need to be replaced sooner. The vehicle is equipped with a total of 4 accumulators.
Our accumulators are an aftermarket alternative to the original aluminium diaphragm type accumulators in your vehicle and are a few millimeters bigger. Depending on the exact model, it may be necessary to temporarily unbolt a strut or slightly bend a hydraulic line for the front-side installation.
Pressure Sensor – McLaren PCC Suspension
The pressure sensors in the McLaren PCC suspension system monitor the hydraulic pressure within the system to ensure optimal suspension performance. A faulty pressure sensor would manifest through incorrect suspension adjustment, reduced driving stability, or error messages on the onboard computer. There are several pressure sensors in the system, which, depending on the model, are mounted on the struts or on the APMU (Active Pressure Monitoring Unit).
System Pressure Sensor 60 bar – McLaren DCT
The system pressure sensor (60 bar) is responsible to measure the hydraulic pressure in the DCT transmission hydraulic system. This is a brand new aftermarket part produced on our behalf.
