
Clutch Cover – Volvo Powershift
This clutch cover (front clutch cover oil seal) ensures a tight seal over the front clutch assembly of the Powershift system, protecting internal components from fluid leakage and contamination.

Clutch Kit – Volvo Powershift
The dual clutch unit is the main weakness of the Volvo Powershift transmission. Typical failure causes include broken torsion springs and brittle, disintegrating plastic components (retainers) within the damper system. The resulting particles can enter the transmission fluid and cause secondary damage to the mechatronic unit.
We sell a brand-new, original BorgWarner replacement part – the same part that is factory-installed in the transmission and distributed directly by Volvo. This part is suitable for diesel engines. Please refer to the list of OE reference numbers to verify compatibility.

Pressure Sensor – Volvo Powershift
This sensor is used in the Powershift transmission to measure hydraulic pressure at the clutches; two are installed per gearbox. It sends real-time pressure data to the transmission control unit to ensure smooth gear shifts and optimal clutch operation. If the sensor is faulty, symptoms may include harsh or delayed shifting, gear slipping, warning lights, stored fault codes, or activation of limp mode.

Transmission Speed Sensor – Volvo Powershift
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.
