Accumulator – Ferrari F1
The accumulator is responsible to store the pressure of the hydraulic system for later access by the actuators. The bladder type accumulator has two cells: one cell storing the hydraulic fluid and one cell containing a gas to create counterpressure. Both cells are separated by a membrane. These accumulators have a certain life span and a common defect is that the gas leaks out of the cell, which causes the system to be unable to build up hydraulic pressure. In many of such cases, the pump appears to prime permanently.

Please mind: for the Ferrari F355 you will need an extra union kit / adapter to install this accumulator, which is available separately in our store.
Actuator Dust Cover – Ferrari F1
This is a brand-new F1 gear actuator dust cover made of aircraft grade aluminium. The set also includes a new flat gasket. This upgrade part replaces the original dust cover, which is made of plastic and often breaks.
Clutch Pressure Sensor – Ferrari F1
The clutch pressure sensor provides a signal of the hydraulic pressure on the clutch engagement hydraulic line. This is a brand-new spare part.

E-Diff Pressure Sensor – Ferrari F1
The E-Diff pressure sensor provides a signal of the hydraulic pressure at the electronic differential of the F430. This is a brand-new spare part.
E-Diff Solenoid Valve – Ferrari F430 F1
The E-Diff valve is a pressure-proportional solenoid valve and controls the vehicle’s electronic differential. A faulty valve can cause various transmission and differential warnings up to a total failure of the differential control.
Hydraulic Lines – Ferrari F430 360 F1
This is a complete set of brand-new hydraulic lines for Ferrari F430 and 360 F1 transmission. Including 5 hydraulic lines for EV1, EV2, EV3, EV4, EV5 and the hose for the oil return.
All lines are made in Germany and come with a black protection coating. In addition, a high-quality fiberglass sleeve protects the lines from heat and abrasion.

The valve block / power unit of the Ferrari F1 system contains 6 solenoid valves.

Pressure Relief Valve – Ferrari F1
The pressure relief valve is responsible to prevent damage to other components due to excess pressure in the hydraulic system. A defective valve would cause pressure loss and frequent pump cycles (similar symptoms as a worn pressure accumulator).
Pressure Sensor – Ferrari F1
The pressure sensor is responsible to detect the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator of the F1 system. This is an original and brandnew spare part.
Pump Motor – Ferrari F1
The pump motor drives the gear pump, which generates the pressure for the F1 transmission. Both parts together form the hydraulic pump. Without hydraulic pressure, the transmission cannot perform any action – neither change gears, nor operate the clutch. Therefore, the hydraulic pump is the most important component in the system.
In most cases, it is sufficient to replace only the electric motor, as this is a wearing part. The gear pump fails only very rarely. Another advantage is that when only the pump motor is changed, the hydraulic system does not need to be bled afterwards, unless it has been opened.

The electromagnetic relay is responsible to turn on / off the hydraulic pump of the Ferrari F1 system. A broken relay causes the pump to fail priming. Without hydraulic pressure, the system cannot engage the gears or clutch.
Please mind, that there are two different versions for the Ferrari F1 relay (30A with 5 pins and 50A with 4 pins). Check the car reference and compare the part numbers.
QPV Solenoid Valve – Ferrari F1
The valve block / power unit of the Ferrari F1 system contains 6 solenoid valves.
- EVF (QPV) – clutch engagement
- EV1 (PPV) – gear engagement

The service kit includes the plastic coupling, which connects the shaft of the gear pump with the shaft of the electric motor, as well as seals. This set is for the “new” type F1 pump.
