This is a brand-new gear actuator dust cover made of aircraft grade aluminium. The set also includes a new flat gasket. This upgrade part replaces the original dust cover, which is made of plastic and often breaks.

Hydraulic fluid tank – Lamborghini Gallardo Murcielago E-Gear
The fluid tank (reservoir) stores the hydraulic oil of the E-Gear system.

Hydraulic lines – Lamborghini Murcielago E-Gear
This is a complete set of brand-new hydraulic lines for Lamborghini Murcielago E-Gear system system. Including 5 lines for EV1, EV2, EV3, EV4 and EV5.
All lines are made in Germany and come with a black protection coating.

PPV Solenoid Valve – Lamborghini E-Gear
The valve block / power unit of the Lamborghini E-Gear system contains 6 solenoid valves.

Pressure relief valve – Lamborghini E-Gear
The pressure relief valve is responsible to prevent damage to other components due to excess pressure in the hydraulic system. A defective valve would cause pressure loss and frequent pump cycles (similar symptoms as a worn pressure accumulator).

Pressure sensor – Lamborghini E-Gear
The pressure sensor is responsible to detect the hydraulic pressure in the accumulator of the E-Gear system. This is an original and brandnew spare part.

Pump motor – Lamborghini E-Gear
The pump motor drives the gear pump, which generates the pressure for the E-Gear transmission. Both parts together form the hydraulic pump. Without hydraulic pressure, the transmission cannot perform any action – neither change gears, nor operate the clutch. Therefore, the hydraulic pump is the most important component in the system.
In most cases, it is sufficient to replace only the electric motor, as this is a wearing part. The gear pump fails only very rarely. Another advantage is that when only the pump motor is changed, the hydraulic system does not need to be bled afterwards, unless it has been opened.

This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.
