Accumulator – Lamborghini E-Gear
The accumulator is responsible to store the pressure of the hydraulic system for later access by the actuators. The bladder type accumulator has two cells: one cell storing the hydraulic fluid and one cell containing a gas to create counterpressure. Both cells are separated by a membrane. These accumulators have a certain life span and a common defect is that the gas leaks out of the cell, which causes the system to be unable to build up hydraulic pressure. In many of such cases, the pump appears to prime permanently.

Clutch Valve – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The clutch solenoid valve (marked with ‘QPV’) is responsible for actuating the clutch in the E-Gear system. A faulty valve can cause problems with clutch engagement, such as shuddering, delayed and harsh engagement, or even a complete failure of clutch actuation.
Gear Sensor – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The E-Gear gear sensors (potentiometers) are responsible to detect the current state of the gear engagement. There are two of these sensors installed on the actuator. A faulty sensor can prevent the car to engage gears or shift.

The hydraulic pump generates pressure for the electrohydraulically controlled front axle lift. A faulty hydraulic pump results in a complete failure of the suspension lift. We offer a new original part.
Hydraulic Pump – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The hydraulic pump is powered by the pump motor and creates the hydraulic pressure for the E-Gear system. In the case of a faulty pump, the hydraulic system has no pressure and cannot change gears.

On/Off Valve – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The selection solenoid valve (marked ‘OOV’) is responsible for moving the gear selector sideways to select gear pairs. If this two-way on/off valve fails, the car may be unable to engage one or more gears. Pressure Sensor – Lamborghini Gallardo Murcielago Front Suspension Lift
This sensor measures the hydraulic pressure in the front axle lift system. A defective sensor would cause the system to fail.
Pump Motor – Lamborghini Gallardo Front Suspension Lift
The pump motor drives the gear pump and thus generates the hydraulic pressure for the electrohydraulically controlled front axle lift. A defective pump motor leads to a total failure of the suspension lift. We sell a new original part.
Pump Motor – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The pump motor drives the gear pump, which generates the pressure for the E-Gear transmission. Both parts together form the hydraulic pump. Without hydraulic pressure, the transmission cannot perform any action – neither change gears, nor operate the clutch. Therefore, the hydraulic pump is the most important component in the system.
In most cases, it is sufficient to replace only the electric motor, as this is a wearing part. The gear pump fails only very rarely. Another advantage is that when only the pump motor is changed, the hydraulic system does not need to be bled afterwards, unless it has been opened.

Pump Relay – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 Aventador E-Gear
The electromagnetic relay is responsible to turn on / off the hydraulic pump of the Lamborghini E-Gear system. A broken relay causes the pump to fail priming. Without hydraulic pressure, the system cannot engage the gears or clutch.

The service kit includes the plastic coupling, which connects the shaft of the gear pump with the shaft of the electric motor, as well as seals.
Shift Valve – Lamborghini Gallardo LP560 LP570 E-Gear
The shift solenoid valves (marked with “PPV”) are responsible for changing the gears of the E-Gear system. There are two of these valves on the actuator. Together with the on/off valve, they operate the shift actuator. If one of the valves is faulty, the car will refuse to go into one or more gears.

Transmission Speed Sensor – Lamborghini E-Gear
This sensor provides the speed signal of the transmission input shaft. The speed signal is required by the control unit to control the transmission system, adjusting properly the shaft speeds before engaging and disengaging the different gears.
